I don't often write reviews, but Mr. Jolly was a wonderful help so I had to. I received a DUI in Island County about 9 months ago - on Camano Island. Mr. Jolly gave me great advise from the beginning but also was very honest, which I appreciated. He told me the pros and cons and was very informative about the DUI process. My case went to a "motion" and the case was dismissed - I'm told this is rare, so I consider myself very fortunate. If you do get a DUI, PLEASE hired his law firm - they are all very friendly, well informed, honest, but very aggressive. Don't get sucked into a sales pitch with another attorney, hire this guy! After my case was dismissed I googled Mr. Jolly and found out that he has published a bunch of books on DUI - he's a very impressive guy! –Robert, 2010

What a Nice Surprise!
I was absolutely amazed at his depth of knowledge. I had met other attorneys and after speaking with him in detail I soon discovered the other attorney's information was DEAD WRONG, the law had changed in January and the other attorney's were not up on the change 10 months later! Some might not know it by looking at David, but he is a highly aggressive and knowledgeable attorney. I feel very fortunate to have had his as my lawyer. He is not without life experiences, and is able to walk that fine line of being able to counsel emotionally, as well as professionally.
I won my DOL case only because he knew more about what was needed to arrest for a DUI than my officer, and had my DUI reduced to NEG 1.
Even in the event of a loss, I felt confident he did everything he could for me.
I do recommended his as your lawyer, if you have need. Although, I pray I never have the same need.

Exceptional!
I had a DUI - my first and only. It was not a great case but Mr. Jolly was sympathetic and the results were amazing. We won the DOL hearing so I kept my license! Also, he had a difficult case amended to another (lesser) charge. A sure DUI ended up not being a DUI at all. He knows, it seems, everyone - including the prosecutors and judges.
