2015 started with a bang with multiple changes to DUI law. Some of these changes were from the Legislature tinkering with RCWs and WACs. Several of these changes were well thought through while others were not. Some of these changes made legal sense while others were clearly motivated by politics. In addition to Legislative changes to DUI law there were also prominent and important cases decided by Appellate and Supreme Courts. Finally, there have been changes in individual courts from Snohomish County, through Skagit County and into Whatcom County. Follow those changes and random thoughts pertaining to DUI law in Washington State on this Blog page.
